When you see a flickering flame when you are working with candle magic. Spirits or another presence may be close by. Unwanted guests. If you don’t want them in your home. Open the window, tell them they were not invited, that are not welcome and they need to leave.

It can mean that the power of your ritual is not potent enough and it’s energy is burning lower frequancy.

Fire divination is when you observe a flame from a fire, a candle, or another source of a flame. This is done to get an answer that you seek from the flame.
By observing the shape of the flame. It can help you to get the answer to what you are seeking, but also other messages from the flame.
If you are a beginner start to observe the way that flames move. Journal your findings.
Advanced method.
You can also use different essential oils and engrave the question you are looking for on the candle or use herbs around the bottom of the candle for a more advanced way of working with fire divination.
