As an Aromatherapist and a Massage Therapist – Clary Sage is one of the oils that I love to use, as it is great for relaxing the mind and also the muscles.
Contraindicaions – Pregancy
- (apart from using to induce labour – with a trained professional)
- You can not drink alcohol or take recreational/prescription drugs.

Clary Sage is a beautiful oil and can be used through all the three stages of a woman’s life.
The Maiden
Maiden – Balances hormones. Relives PMT, helps with fluid retention and eases painful cramps.
The Mother
Mother – Balances hormones. Relives PMT, helps with fluid retention and eases painful cramps.
Mother and Pregnancy – When pregnant please use with caution.
Is only suitable to use by a qualified midwife, who may use Clary essential oil to induce on labour. Do not use at any other stage of pregnancy.
The Crone
Crone – Can be used to ease hotflushes and can help to rebalance the body and reduce stress levels.
As an Aphrodisiac – Can help with loss of libido.
Help with exhaustion, poor memory and to help bring in more clarity.
