What part are you playing in your reality?

What part are you playing in your reality?

Every day, whether we realise it or not, we step into a role. This is a role of our own reality.

Are you the hero of your story? or the side character waiting for permission?
Are you the creator? or the critic?
The leader? or the one holding yourself back?

When you pause and think about it, it is like a light bulb going off, as a lot of the time, we don’t even know that we are creating something that is not in alignment with our higher selves.

Life isn’t just happening to us. We are participating in it.

In every situation, we choose the part we play:

The victim or the learner.

The complainer or the problem solver.

The dreamer or the doer.

The one who blames or the one who takes responsibility.

Please take a few moments and think about what part you have been playing in your life. Take this time to journal your thoughts or create a spider map.

Your “reality” is shaped not just by circumstances, but by perspective, decisions, and actions. When you blame others, you are not doing the work you came here to do. This is your sacred time to see where you have been people pleasing, feeling sorry for yourself etc instead of sitting back and thinking I don’t want to live this life anymore.

I did it for years, until a great teacher made me aware of what I was doing. Then when I decided to take control this is where the magick really started to happen.

Maybe you’ve been playing small.
Maybe you’ve been hiding your voice.
Maybe you’ve been repeating a script that no longer serves you.

But here’s the truth:
You can rewrite the role at any moment.

You can decide:

To show up boldly.

To speak with confidence.

To take ownership.

To grow through discomfort instead of shrinking from it.

The most powerful shift happens when you stop asking,

“Why is this happening to me?” and start asking,

“Who do I choose to be in this moment?”

Because you are not just living your reality.
You are shaping it.

So ask yourself today:

What part am I playing and is it the one I truly want?

This process isn’t always easy, but is so rewarding.

Sharing with so much love,
