The Wonderful Benefits of Rose hips
On a dog walk today. I came across the most beautiful Rosehip bush.
As I went to get better look, some naughty brambles gave me a kiss. However, it didn’t deter me from getting closer and seeing them in their full glory.
When I see something growing in abundance. I like to take a small amount for personal use to use in recipes, healing or rituals.

The best time to pick them in late Autumn and Winter when they are ripe, and when the petals have fallen from the plant.
Please make sure they are nice and ripe. Do not use old, shrived ones.
